I’d much much rather VD over walker. Bigger better on pk. Honestly don’t see a need or point in walker. He’s too good to sit in press box but really tough time considering a better option than any of the 3 rd currently on the team.

I don't see the point in either trade from Edmonton's perspective. Greenway doesn't have 2nd+ 4th value even with retention, and Edmonton has no reason to trade Desharnais at all. He's huge, cheap and playing very well.

Walker also wouldn't be a good fit with Nurse. Both are poor at breaking the cycle.
