I didn't think proverov would be available either, and kevin hayes was basically given away for free with a multi-year retention.
And with the rumours that philly might be moving some big names out of town I figured that would be a good return for a potential young 2C

I dont think frost is available, but I could be wrong,
Provorov and Hayes were dead weight who did not get along with Torts and both of them wanted out of Philly. They did not react well to Torts and were not key pieces here. We have been much better without them.

I just read on dailyfaceoff that frost is on the trade board for the same reasons, he's been healthy scratched 11 times this season, playing time down, however it did say that they had a meeting to air out their differences OR frost is playing well to up his value in order for a trade

I think frost is staying cause he's playing with Tippett and konecny and that's there trigger line. I don't think they trade there number 1 center
