Honestly, I think it’s closer if you take Lundkvist out of the deal altogether. With what the Stars paid for him, his cheap, controllable contract, & their severe lack of RD, I think adding him to this specific deal tilts the value a bit too much towards the Flames end.

I think it's a little heavy in Calgarys favor. Definitely not the worst proposal I've seen.
