Why are the Canes moving their top RHD prospect and a 2nd for an at best older version of what KK already is? Pretty sure that Jenner’s leadership qualities aren’t worth moving that considering that the difference between KK and Jenner is quite negligible.

Why, Because the Canes are in a Win Now position that's why. Jenner is heads and shoulders above KK right now. KK has be relegated to a 4th line center for the Canes.

Watching you post, there isn't a trade out there that you will approve of is there? No matter how much it makes the Canes better today. If you say yes there are trades you would approve of, prove it post one of your trades that makes the Canes Better today and gives them a better chance for the CUP.

Interesting proposal, I'm not sure this gets it done but it's something to consider. I guess it would hinge on the Jackets opinion of KK. I'm assuming Morrow is similar to Ceulemans from a prospect standpoint.

Morrow has been a star at UMass for the past two years, recording 64 points in 72 games. A 2022 Hockey East champion, Morrow would be most teams’ top defensive prospect, but there’s no need to rush him any higher than college right now. A strong transitional blueliner, Morrow plays a game built around confidence – something apparent after jumping straight from the high-school ranks in 2021 to full-time, top-pairing college action a year later. The Hurricanes have a solid blueline, but expect turnover the next few years – and Morrow will be ready to capitalize.

The latest scouting report for Morrow he is the Canes #2 Prospect.
