None of the offered players do anything for Winnipeg and the Jets have no incentive to retain on Schmidt and give him away for nothing.

I don’t think the Jets should trade the Habs 2nd as it will have similar value as a late first and there are a number of RHD we can draft there.

Getting a guy for the 4th line doesn’t move the needle for me.
