The Rags only won their 1 Cup when the Oilers were forced to export their dynasty to them. Devils have won cups without any of the advantages that the Rags always have had. Which is access to the leagues best free agents and unlimited resources

Lmao rangers had fox, chytil, Kakko, Igor out due to injuries and were still finding ways to win. Hell we even won a game with Domingues as the goalie
