Trading Kovacevic for a whopping third in order to play Arber at #2RD and Chris Wideman at #3RD seems counter-intuitive. Wouldn't it be better to spend the rest of the season finding out whether you've got something in Kovacevic instead of letting Wideman run out his contract?

You really missed your opportunity here; the title could and should have been, "The Two Jakes."

Widemans basically Retired

Hutson will be here in 4-6 weeks time depending on how deep they make it in the playoffs.
Reinbachers set to arrive in 3 weeks but is expecting to join Laval Rocket.

Matheson-Struble(play well together)
Guhle-Savard(plays well together)
Xhekaj-Mailloux (Top AHL pair that lead Laval from 5th worst to playoffs with 12-2-3 record)
