Toronto gets their upgrade on defense while getting some grit on the bottom 6 at a cheaper rate. Blues fans would love to see reaves back in the blue note while the youth develops and Kampf seems like he would fit in with the culture as well.

Uhh what on Earth are you on about? Who wants Reaves back? The Blues are not doing anything remotely like this, not should they.

I actually don't know anyone who really wants Reaves back. Don't really want either of those contracts really.
