Some horrendous ideas.

Why would PHI want 4 waiver wire guys? Robertson is the only one with value, and even that value is in question as a small, injury prone, one dimensional player who has been a healthy scratch on a team desperate for secondary scoring. The other 3 offer zero to PHI.

If the rumour has Walker for a 1st and a tad more and Seeler for a 3rd and more, why would PHI take a 1st, 3rd and a cap dump (to them)? If hes easily flipped, hes easily traded by TOR and add the return to the PHI offer.

Caps are trying to get younger. Why would they take on a long term contract on a 29 year old with 9 points this season? Especially parting with Dowd, who should at least get a second rounder in a trade, plus two early second round picks?

That caps trade makes zero sense for Washington.

Dowd half retained for a first. Don't need the extra picks, and definitely don't need Kampf
