In order:

Penguins decline. Broberg I fear is another Ty Smith, ready but no room on the roster.
Penguins accept. Robertson would hopefully fit well in the middle 6.
Penguins decline. Florida is over the cap with this move and I believe Dubas wouldn't take a loss on Smith after acquiring foe a 3rd last offseason.
Penguins accept, Anaheim doesn't. Wrong team.
