      Blues aren’t wasting 2 retention spots in one trade. STL also has no use for Goodrow’s horrible deal and the mid round picks. It was reported the return on Buch would surpass what Vancouver gave up for Lindholm. A top prospect, young NHL player, and 2 firsts gets Army interested.

      Othmann’s upside doesn’t hide the fact Blues fans would have to watch Goodrow play for 3+ years while having close to $5mil in cap space wasted.
