Hanifan should be able to bring back a minten and 1st alone. So holmberg for Tanev, not a chance. What about the retention and cap dump in brodie?

If the Flames were looking for a 2nd and a prospect for Tanev, likely a 1st if he's retained and at least a 1st + for Hanifin why would they not separate the 2 and get a better overall return?

Holmberg and Minten being cost effective for a team with cap issues aren't going anywhere for a rental and a d-man known to be injury prone and is on his last legs. Leafs need 1 RD that's it and their not selling the farm to get one. imo. Every person on here thinks their players are worth a kings ransom, time will tell.
