Too much for an injured rental. No team should sign 30 year Guentzel to a eight year contract.
Sorry these silly trade of UFAs, and expecting a big return just don't happen very often, and that's a really a super high premium that no team would pay

aint no way Canucks are trading Willander! I get that they extend Jake, but I highly doubt that he gets traded. Maybe Podkolzin and Raty for that case, and maybe change the 4th to the 2nd and drop the condition and that's prolly what you'll get for him. Dubas is on something if he genuinely thinks he's getting 2 1sts for Guentzel.

Being serious, Guentzel and the Penguins could be negotiating an extension. Guentzel will get a pay increase. How long is to be determined.

Can't see Vancouver moving Willander, you could probably convince them on Lekkerimäki if Gentulz was extended and you dropped the 1st to a 2nd, I could see Vancouver maxing out at a 1st and a Räty level prospect but probably nothing more significant than that
