I know there's been a ton of press about getting a 1st for Dowd but I don't see it. Teams are throwing 1st rounders away in trades but Dowd does not measure up to the guys who earn those picks in trades.

Dowd will get a first, but not from Boston. More likely they move a first for Hanafin. I think it’s either gonna be the Oilers, Avs, or Rangers.

Edmundson gets a third at best, the other trades are fine or close imo.

There’s a chance Boston goes for dowd like how they went for hathaway last year. I was catching a flight so I just picked boston since I saw some reports of interest. I do think he fetches a first bc of how good of a depth centre and PK killer he is, with a cheap cap for next season too.

Edmundson will fetch a 2nd if half retained. Caps paid a 3rd and 7th so with him being half retained again and interest from contenders like oilers, aves and leafs, imo he gets a 2nd.

I did this more for the expected return from each player.
