That should be the price for Hanifin with an Extension by himself, but who knows now that we see Conroy undervaluing the market, pulling the trigger early and just giving our Defensemen away for scraps lol

Markstrom makes no sense for NJ. He's 34 and is having his best season in years. NJ has a great young group that will be contending for the next decade as long as they add a goalie. Why buy high for a 34 year old? Why not retool this season, considering all the injuries, and contend next year? Trade for Saros in the offseason, who is 6 years younger. The injuries surrounding NJ (As well as the hockey canada case) have greatly impacted on ice play. I just don't understand what people think they can achieve by being buyers this deadline.

I wouldn’t trade holtz at all personally but apparently he’s who Calgary demanded.

And I’d see about a Spencer knight. Or also about guys like Kaliyev and Turcotte in LA
