honestly, if a converation is willing to be had about TK, I'd do Chychrun(not retained) and Tank (50% retained) for Konecny (assuming he's willing to resign in OTT)

I’d do Chychrun, Norris , Boston 1st for Konecny (Extended) and Cates in a heartbeat
