Is Colorado shopping Byram? He inexplicably gets listen in every single COL-PIT Guentzel trade. I would expect Girard to get moved before Byram.

Flyers offered Gautier for Byram and the Avs said no. Really doubt the Avs trade a roster player mid season unless its for a long term solution at the 2C spot.

More that Byram has more trade value and he was mentioned in rumours about Gauthier from PHI. That plus he'd be the logical best piece available in a trade for a 2C but that's about the only way he gets moved in season imo.

Generally when you propose a trade the other team is supposed to get something back. There's nothing there for the Jackets. Absolutely nothing.
