windjammer i havent heard from you since before the monahan trade.and as i remember you were screaming from the hills,that Monahan was no good,Namestnikov was better.so what says you now?

Blues likely accept but I doubt the jets pay that much

Well, so far Monahan has been putting up goals and points, so that has been nice. Better than I expected.

It's still only 10 games or so in, so we'll have to wait to make a full assessment. But it has made the Jets a lot more solid at center by having the ability to drop Namestnikov to the 4th line and helping the Jets capitalize on mis-matches there.
