McIsaac's injuries killed his development and he's essentially not going to be an NHLer. Some feel Fabbri is a negative asset. (I think he's fine) So to many, it's gonna be seen as a 1st and Berggren for Crouse and AZ "Taking on" Fabbri.

Not how I'd view it personally, but people are gonna say it's not enough.

I agree. Crouse would be a great fit on the wings, but would need to have some different pieces to entice a trade. I don’t know the coyote’s organization well, but have read that they need some D signed beyond this year and some possible d prospects too. Would love to hear from Coyotes ACGMs.

Didn't Detroit loan McIsaac to a European team?

Any offer for Crouse should make you think "wtf why would Detroit do that", and then you're on the right track. He's not getting moved for anything "fair".

The value would have to be so laughably in Arizona’s favor to move Crouse, he likes being here and management loves him. Even if you replaced Berggren with a guy like Wallinder it’s not getting done despite that being a great offer

I'd probably do Schmaltz for that, but not Crouse. You can keep Fabbri, or we can eat it. Doesn't matter much to me. McIsaac is probably a lost cause, but it's worth a roll of the dice.

I think Schmaltz could fit well with Detriot, I'm pretty sure he and Larkin played for USA together
