Orlov-Chatfield is probably the single least-sheltered bottom-pairing in the NHL, by TOI statistics. If there's any 3rd pair that's able to handle 2nd pair TOI, it's this one.

Orlov is a top 4 D man, Chatfield is not a top 6 D man. Putting him in the top 4 is absolutely comical. Necas for a single year isn't going to happen, they'll lock him up long term
