Not nearly enough gotta send a good young roster player back Ottawa can't afford to go backwards maybe Cozens or a package built around Quinn or a D

Need a roster player added and switch Johnson out for someone else, don’t need another LD. Honestly since it’s Buffalo and there a division rival around the same level as us, I’d want Quinn and wouldn’t settle for less. If Quinn’s a no go, then so is Brady to Buffalo.

I've seen Ottawa fans do Quinn and our 2024 1st. Felt the additions I added bridged the gap between Quinn and kulich.

they just see were the player was drafted and think they next coming of McDavid...Quinn is a BIG pass, hes made of glass.

Buff would have to overpay by such a large amount that the NHL might have to step in, no way OTT trade brady or any top players such as chych to a divisional rival without major overpay

Personally just think Quinn would fit better. Kulich is solid but I think Ottawa would prefer Quinn. Not sure if Buffalo fans would love it but what about Peterka instead then? Familiarity with Stutzle might make him enticing to sens front office.

At the end of the day I might part with either, but it would be very tough to.

Ottawa obviously only trades brady if there is a major issue.

Not everyone has the assets to get him AND the cap space, so who knows what a real life return could be.

Conditions on winning a round etc are fairly common. It was to get a 2nd 1st. The 2024 pick is unprotected obviously and will be likely top 10

Need to replace Ryan Johnson by something you DO NOT want to give up.

What I said in the other ACGM : it would be a very bold move. Ottawa just moved on from a toxic era with an awful owner and an incompetent GM who hired an incompetent coach. This off-season is when new ownership and management will start making their impact. It would be surprising if Tkachuk is identified as a guy they should move.

I think Stutzle, Tkachuk, Pinto, Greig, Sanderson, Kleven are seen as untouchables right now

Batherson due to his contract would be surprising, same for Joseph. And for Zub, a good RHD defensively is the type you just don't move. They would actually need to clone him.

I think everyone else is a possibility

Quinn and 2024 1st Top 3 protection: Done

Think you’d have to add another good piece or 2 but that would be the base of a trade sure. For me I think 4 pieces would be involved: Quinn or Peterka - replacement Top 6 player, Kulich or Savoie - A very good prospect, 2024 1st if Sabres don’t win lottery, if they do 2025 1st with the Top 3 protection, and another pick, I’d say a 2nd in whatever year you prefer. Wingers aren’t typically that valuable but Tkachuk is young, under contract for another 4 years, and really one of the best power forwards in the league. Personally I would keep him and build around him but who knows, stranger things have happened!

Wow. This is the dumbest trade I’ve ever seen. You want to trade a 3rd line winger, third pair defensemen and the 13th pick for one of the best players in the league. What a buffoon
