No idea about contracts and trade values, I just think if he's allowed to (It isn't lost on me that Shanny and the Board have major influence on this team, dating back to the Lou days) Treliving is gonna get bigger, cheap up front if they can, and put some cash into the back end. No idea if this team is actually better, but I'm assuming it's gonna be bigger.

Minten likely isn't an NHLer next season, never mind playing 2C.
Surely the Leafs could find ways to spend 12m effectively without giving a a first and Robertson.
Why are Leafs fans are so fascinated with 30 year Parayko and his six full years?
