I'd accept if I were the Flyers, but I would counter with a prospect instead of the 2nd, or try and get it down to a 3rd/4th

I tend to agree that Ullmark wouldn’t waive for Ottawa. I do think Ullmark covets security and if he can parlay his no trade clause into a long term contract, I can see him choosing an option.
