Flames have no need to dump Kuzmenko… after the trade deadline they have plenty of space. This one doesn’t work.

Flyers are still taking on cap dumps, so I don't think they're looking for cap relief. They are still in a rebuild mindset so the draft picks are more valuable then cap relief currently.
