Description

Lots of rumors. This deal works for filing voids and team needs. It also aligns with the fact the Bruins acquired a RHD at the end of the deadline. It doesn’t involve PLD.

The Kings likely know if they are going to have to sacrifice Roy to give Byfield the long term contract vs the bridge.

Arviddsen is involved for salary purposes.

I could see both sides doing this trade prepping for next year.

The Kings also have top prospect, Brandt Clarke, not playing consistently.

The only other option are the Kings were trading a first, Arvidssen, and Rittich for Ullmark (I don’t see Sweeney doing that in the stretch run)

OR

The PLD rumors were in fact true

Im gonna be fully honest I have no idea where I heard this but supposedly PLD was part of the deal

I thought Dubois was a key piece that was involved in the trade for Ullmark?

No one is sure. A trade was supposedly nixed

I could see one of three deals

1. Roy, a goalie, and cap filer for Ullmark and cap filler
2. PLD, Spence, and cap filler for Ullmark and cap filler
3. Arvidssen and a first for Ullmark

I could see arguments for any of the scenarios above.
