better chance OTT trades Stu for a 7th round pick than OTT trade for EK, especial chych for EK

That's fair. So it would need to be a 50% cap retain from Pits for this to work?

Would you prefer Chabot for EK at 25% retain?

Love Karl but not sure if he’s the Dman we’d want to target. I’d rather move Chychrun/Chabot for picks/prospects, try and sign Roy/DeMelo and use the picks and prospects gained to target a G or a more two way/defensive RD via trade talks if you’re unable to sign either Roy/DeMelo.

Yeah Karlsson is definitely not plan A. But honestly he should be plan C if we can’t get anyone.

I’d agree with that! Better than what’s there currently! I wouldn’t mind a Chabot-EK swap if other plans fail!

Yes. That would be the only way it works under the cap for both teams.
