I would have to think Norris is not tradable until he rehabs and gets medical prognosis & clearance. If you are using him as a wild card that is a big risk for Dubas to take.
Might also be difficult to get players to revoke NMC’s and NTC’s to go to a destination that is topsy turvy at the moment. I get where you are going but this is a stretch.
