Monahan will be 30 when the season starts, and you want him for five years? Ehlers having Arizona on his trade list? Sure, Still need a 7th NHL Dman.

Too much for Winnipeg to give up for players that do nothing for them.

Seriously? Is every trade offer always the same response from you??? Maccelli is just as good as Ehlers if not better and Durzi is a big upgrade on Schmidt or Stanley. Lucius is a health hazard. You seriously cannot have the same response to every trade proposed on here.

this is as easy as passing on every TML proposal. AZ trades 23yo middle 6W (second leading scorer) and 25 yo top 4 D (leading D scorer) for 32yo bottom pair D (with 1 year left), a 28yo middle 6 W (with 1 year left), a 25yo barely NHL D, and a 20yo AHLer (who would be by far most wanted part of this). yeah that is easy pass

I do, I think he is a low value sign with really good faceoff stats. At that pay and the increasing salary cap. He can get bumped down the lines as he ages out.

Okay now, I am pretty sure Ehlers is a top line or for sure top 6 on every team. He is not a middle 6 guy.

Sure you can. The trade proposals here are from fans, so 99.9% of them are outright silly, like this one. The Jets downgrade at wing and get a bottom pairing defenseman they don't need and pay a hefty premium to do it. It's just silly. When you come up with a trade try to reason to yourself why the teams would make the deal. Here there's no reason at all for Winnipeg to entertain it as they aren't getting anything that fills even a minor need. It's a bad trade for the sake of making a trade.

There are a few good trades here, every once in a while thete is a realistic deal that is worth discussing but they are rare.
