I'd rather have Englund as the 3LD. Harris isn't a significant improvement in the hockey department, and is a significant downgrade in the physicality and truculence department. Not to mention he's 40% more expensive.

I would try to sign Byfield for as long as possible. 3 years means arbitration then UFA.

No reason to cut ties with ****emo, Lizotte, Portillo, Thomas and Turcotte, especially Portillo and Turcotte, since you failed to give them their Qualifying Offer.

DeBrusk and Arvidsson don't sign for that little.

Harris is a promising youngster, but he doesn't replace Andreas Englund.

As the astute @littlejerryseinfeld points out, that's the wrong term for Quint Byfield.
