Buffalo needs more players like Greenway and less like Fabbri. They have zero reason to do this deal, let alone add to it.
Holl doesn't have any value, he is likely a buyout candidate or going to cost us something to move.

You're not going to be able to just wish Holl and fabbris contracts away. Zadorov probably gets a bit more and I've always like Myers but he's getting less than that

Red Wings are crapping the bed again.

Yikes.

Make a save Lyon.

Whole team is lazy.

Raymond is the only one showing a pulse.

Pens outshot them 17-4 in the first period.

It's better off Detroit doesn't make the playoffs if they're just going to be embarrassed like this.

I guess Detroit thought they won the Cup yesterday when they beat Buffalo?

Hawks easily decline. With that contract, Holl is the definition of a cap dump. Wings need to pay up to move him out.

Might as well keep Fabbri the $1M in savings is hardly worth it and just resign Fischer. Rather see Kasper or Danielson on the team instead of Lindholm. Then you have money to sign Roy and then you don't have to sign Meyers.

2 -8 in their last 10 and they are still sitting in a wild card spot. So it could be worse, I guess.

You can't put all the blame on the goalies. Especially when it seems like there is always someone in front of the net uncovered and standing next to the guy in front of the net doesn't mean he's covered.

Breaking a 7 game losing streak almost fells like you've won something big, but when you turn around and give a performance like they did tonight the win doesn't mean diddly poo.

Red Wings look worn out.

No energy.

Like a boxer with nothing behind his punches.

They're basically playing every other day the rest of the season.

Getting Larkin back may give them a short term boost but they'll be out of it by then.

Lyon shouldn't play again.

It's hardly all on him but he literally can't stop a beach ball right now.

Reimer will be Reimer soon enough but they don't really have a choice.

Holl ain’t going without us paying to get rid of him. In which case we’re better off just buying him out.

Reimer was great on Saturday in the win, but starting in the 2nd against Buffalo the team played with a lot more intensity everyone flying and hitting. Yesterday as you said they had no energy.

Lyon is wildly inconsistent.

I think Larkin will be back Tuesday. We will find out tomorrow.

I heard "sometime this week" for Larkin.

Hopefully it's Tuesday.

It's unfortunate for Lyon.

He really did save the Red Wings season.

Unfortunately, he played too many games and wore himself out.

Yeah the goalies haven't been good but theyre a terrible defensive team. You leave those goalies in an island your asking for trouble.

I don't know why Reimer didn't get the start after his performance on Saturday. Trying to find something positive out of the last 10 games Raymond has really stepped up!

What do you think about resigning Sprong? If Kasper or Danielson make the team next season having a player that can produce like Sprong on their wing could be beneficial.

I was going to say Sprong - Kasper - Berggren might work but defensively it be like a 5 on 3.

Sprong results are good but the team doesn't seem to love him. If he doesn't cost too much I wouldn't mind.

His lack of defense is the reason that both Seattle and Detroit have kept him in the bottom 6. After 2 seasons of this and his defensive play hasn't improved his defense or shown more hustle it makes men think he is ok with it. take a look at this clip: Sprong
