Absolutely not. Detroit will not have the cap room to extend ullmark in the 8 million range and they shouldn't be moving cossa to do so. Berggren veleno and a 2nd sure but I still think they wouldn't have the room to extend him.

There is probably a simpler deal for Ullmark and Detroit that allows Cossa to develop as a backup.
