Anderson is terrible especially for his cap hit if you want Holtz it's gotta be a legit top 4 LHD around 25 or a mid 1st round pick

I’ve never heard of this Holtz guy. Is he really that good that a team would offer a first, and a third and would be declined. I get the Josh Anderson contract is bad but I honestly have never heard of this player. And when I look at his point production, it’s not even that great. Can someone please tell me why Holtz is this valued?
