Here's the problem. Dufour is likely of little interest to the Blues and you guys would also need to miss the playoffs. Miss the playoffs and change Dufour to something useful and maybe you have something to discuss.

Why? Gauthier is a reclamation project at best and Danforth is actually pretty consistently useful. It's not bad value per se but it's kind of pointless since we don't really need the late futures.

I'd take Danforth over Gauthier, but we're still talking a B6 guy in either regard, for a team needing F spots. As other lines are gelling in some fashion, Nylander continues to make it difficult to move on, and we have a whole other high-end line on LTIR, I jsut shrug my shoulders at this and say "sure."

Gauthier is just fine as AHL depth, a cheap buy-out, or the ever-patented Reaves-esque "Guy-Who-Is-Big."

It will never happen. Dobson is significantly more valuable than kyrou. Blues would absolutely love it but the only way i could see it happening is if we sent a lot more than just kyrou.
