Isolate your true core (Tkachuk, Stützle, Sanderson, Pinto), your expanded core ( Greig, Zub, Giroux) and the other guys you keep (Joseph, Kelly, probably Batherson, maybe Chabot), then get to work surrounding that group with guys who can play the right way. Get me guys like Coleman, Oleksiak, Pageau, Roy (as examples). It's not about building a cup team in one summer, it's about laying the foundation and building a winning identity.
