Offseason Turnover

Created by: Letsgosharks
Team: 2024-25 San Jose Sharks
Initial Creation Date: Mar. 23, 2024
Published: Mar. 29, 2024
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Just for fun. Trying to make a harder, tougher team to play against.

Stephenson signing isn’t necessarily a panic signing, but it’s assuming Couture cannot come back.

This also does not take into account San Jose’s 2024 draft class

This probably does not get Lundell, but what would?

I mean I think that’s a good offer for Lundell, but I’m a sharks fan.

Probably not enough for Liljegren, even taking on Reaves.

Don’t think NY is goin to pay to dump Goodrow.

No UFAs are signing in SJ unless it’s a significant overpay in both years and AAV.

Very, very, very easy NO from the Rangers. Not using a 1st round pick to trade Goodrow.

Panthers decline if they do trade lundell it’s for a similar trade as midlestad so would need to be a good dman coming back Addison is definitely not that

    I wouldn’t give all that up for Lundell, he’s a 3C

The only reason I had the goodrow trade was for the lundell trade because I don’t want to give up the pit first

I thought I was overpaying on Stephenson a little, I guess not

Lundell is on a down year and hasn’t had quite the impact Middlestadt has, but I get where ur coming from

He had a bad start but he’s probably got like 20 point in his last 35 games and playing way better now while still playing 3rd line minutes and no pp time But I see no reason for panthers to trade him for a draft pick. He should take a smaller bridge contract.

Gotcha, it was more or less a cap casualty trade if your gm decides to keep reinhart and montour on bigger deals

I could just see someone try to offersheet Lundell if he is only offered or has space for 2ish mill

It would have to be over the 5 million one which is I think a first and third or whatever. But it’s possible. But I’d rather keep him then resign Reinhart to an9 mil contract. He’s great and all but one fantastic season isn’t worth all that.

10000% I think it makes more sense to keep Lundell, in the summer, I will be praying you guys don't and ship him to san jose tho hahaha

Lol how would fans of other teams know this? Only NYR fans have looked it up.

Pretty much every single trade that involves dumping goodrow with a 1st has been answered back with a buyout

Goodrow buyout is super friendly and a no brainer
