Doesn't seem the Arizona way to take on 17m in actually cash for the contracts of Ceci and Campbell, in exchange for LTIR insured Weber.
Reeves isn't a cap liability, so don't think switch of picks would be something the Leafs do.

Why would the Leafs pay big bucks to move someone who's going to be able to be fully burial within the timespan of his contract...and it's a relatively short contract.
