Im not sure we have anyone that has the skillset for a 4C coming up. Maybe Danforth in the short term, but i dont see any 4C type of players coming up, but i could be missing someone.

I see a guy like LDBB being a decent candidate. Probably doesn’t have a top 6 skill set so if he develops that side of his game he could be great.
Also voronkov isn’t a sure fire top 9 forward. He could always take a step back as we’ve seen before. And if he does, he may be able to fill that role.
If we extend him I won’t be upset (unless it’s for a ton of money) just think moving some older guys out isn’t the worst thing in the world especially if we bring in other people too fill those top 9 roles and push guys out.

I could also see Kuraly signing again as a UFA, it doesn't need to be an extension necessarily unless we want to give him 8 years for some wild reason. If you get this offer at TDL and we're nowhere near the playoffs, you take it. Tell him to get a Cup, and when he wants to come back, there's a 4x$2M extension and an "A" waiting for him.
