Kolosov needs time to grow in the AHL and we've only been given a small sample size of Fedotov, who is still technically a UFA at the end of the season and could walk. Ersson is still needed.

Kolosov is in the AHL for remainder of this season, he has yet to prove anything in the AHL, let alone the NHL. Fedotov looked good but a 2 period sample size isn't something i'd risk betting the house on just yet. Ersson is the Flyers only decent, proven NHL goalie they got right now.
