Buy out Dvorak

Bite the bullet on Anderson and Gallagher for 1 more season then buy them out

Draft a Forward in draft likely one of Demidov, Lindstrom, Catton, Eiserman have them develop in their respective league and do not rush them.

On the off chance we win the lottery, take Celebrini and start him in the NHL

Trade Harris, sad to see him go but too much crowd

*IF* Hutson is has a good camp and is ready for NHL, trade Matheson for whatever you can. His value is only decreasing from the poor defensive play. Sign a veteran defenseman who can play on the pp on a 1year deal so that if Hutson needs some AHL time you can send him down without being scared to ruin the pp. Options: Barrie, Gufstavsson. Worst case scenario have Guhle or Xhekaj on PP1

Bridge primeau

Sign a Forward on a high AAV low term contract to play in the top6 until the forward we drafted in 2024 is ready to make an impact in the NHL. Probably gonna have to overay a lot to convince them to sign with cause cause we aint good. Options: Stamkos 2 x 10.5 (very unlikely but maybe want to play under his former teamate St-Louis?), Debrusk, Terravainen, Mantha and Bertuzzi: 2 x 6.5 (Kinda prove it contract. Debrusk, Teuvo and Bert are skilled but coming off dissapointing season and Mantha prove this season wasnt a fluke). Marchessault: 2 x 9.5 I dont expect it to happen but id LOVE it (Funny story I used to work in a golf club when I was younger and he tipped me 120$ so he's a great guy). They arent worth that much money but its what we need to do for them to consider signing here.

i don't understand fans like you... why the hell would you buy out dvo he's got one year left at a very manageable cap hit. Plus he's great a faceoffs and will take some pressure off of evans. At WORST he'll be moved at the deadline for a late round pick, at best, a team looking for a defensive responsible C will pay a 3rd/4th

But you literally have 5.5M in cap space.... What if one of your centers gets injured?

No reason to buy out Dvorak. Newhook is a winger for the team long term (Beck 3C), so no reason to move Dvorak unless its for a late round pick at the TDL

If buyout happens one day it would be gally ! Dvo have 1 years and if he’s that trash just keep the guys healty scratch at limit
I agreed with one RD
I would Liked to see Alex Carrier who hit like a truck and can skate. Hakampa could be a good option too, depend who’s your third LD , but we need cheap option for 2-3 years max no reason to give big money on a guys like pesce

Keep Dvo until TDL and flip him for assets. Set the price to a 2nd/3rd like Wennberg's deal.

Keep Anderson. Wait for Gally to go on LTIR.

Draft Iginla at no 8 over Catton, Eiserman or Dmen.

Keep Matheson as a hometown veteran to teach rookies how to be pros in a hard market and drive the PP.

Do not sign any big UFA. Keep Price on the roster to start the year and weaponize the $10.5M LTIR added cap pool during the season.

Trade away Harris. That's ok.

Well maybe you are not the best judge of a player's utility then.

Any center who can play big minutes with defensive awareness, put 0.5pts/game and win over 55% of his faceoffs fills a need for most teams.

savong cap space for next year and trading him for late pick is more usefull. there is a.thing called injury which happens every year, there will be room for dvorak.
