Then they move Marner, Tavares has come up the most of any Leaf in big moments. Make no sense to move on from him when players like Marner and Nylander are essentially doing the same things for the Leafs imo. The problem is getting waive Toronto is where he grew up. Do you remember when he signed with Toronto and his mom or wife posted picture of him from his childhood with his Toronto Mapel Leafs sheets.
