Colorado, being a cap-strapped contender and all is not really in the market of taking on cap dumps for mid round picks. No fit to be had here.

Habs pass on both deals.

They arent trading harris for just a worse LD. He needs waivers as well so wtf is the point.

Habs are not retaining 2+ milkion for multipke years + giving up picks for a ahler.

Why do Habs fans think Harvey-Pinard has value? He has 1 goal in 40+ games. Do you think that every GM in the league can't look and see that the only reason he scored a few last year was the 25% shooting percentage? He's a 25-year-old former 7th-round pick, so he doesn't even have the draft pedigree to coast on. Dude is waiver bait.
