Even if Arizona was willing to move Lawson Crouse, And they're not. That offer sure isn't getting him out of Arizona.

Crouse is worth much more than that. I would love him though.
Not crazy about the MTL trade.
Dont think Acciari is worth a 3rd right now.

If that is the smith trade the penguins should keep him.
Saving 2.5 mil in cap space just isn't worth the trade.

Monahan isn't signing a 3 year deal, and the penguins should have no part of any long term deal with him so he's out as well.
