Wouldn't the Leafs be so much better off trading Robertson and Liljegren for assets, keeping Minten and the first, and then spending 6.5m on a just a good UFA than Parayko.

Of course they would.


I think Parayko would be perfect partner for Reilly if he was a FA (no acquisition cost) & we could sign him to 4 years & $5M max

A little off topic. Just when I think I know the who are the Leafs best six Dmen are to start the playoffs....they play another game like tonights.
Sometimes I think the best Leafs Dmen are the ones who aren't playing. Liljegren and Timmins didn 't make a mistake today. Maybe they should playing in game one.

And still thinking it's an overpay because they rate their players a whole letter grade above where they actually are. It's hilarious
