I just don't see a Leafs win here... as much as it pains me to say it, but there's no way Boston doesn't win...

And Colorado's beating Winnipeg IMO

Is Toronto beating Boston really an upset? 🤔

Technically it is.

But they're quite even in my opinion.

I have Toronto winning in 7.

With no Bergeron, who's shutting down Matthews? 🤔

He's going to score A LOT.

Well that's my opinion too.

The last time the Maple Leafs beat the Bruins in a playoff series was in 1959. A win would be HUGE for the Toronto club.

Don't give the Leafs fans hope.

"So, there is a chance!"

Based on history, the Maple Leaf's bottom-9

Leafs have Nylander playing 3RW.

Why? 🤔

maybe they got tired of a combined 3(?) points from their depth

Leafs are different this year and I'm not even a leafs fan. If Boston couldnt beat Florida last year with a much better roster how will they win against a better leafs team with a worse roster.

Because the Leafs have had a dynasty since they've last beaten the Bruins in a playoff series

Maybe it’s me being a bit biased but I don’t think they have too much of a chance. Canucks have better forwards, defense, and (slightly better) goaltending. Also went 3-0 against Nashville this season

Doesn't matter when playoffs start.

All teams are 0-0

I can recall Calgary going 8-0 vs Edmonton in the 87-88 season.

Oilers won playoff series 4-0.

Sharks over Red Wings in 94.

Isles over Pens in 93.

North stars over Chicago in 91.

Columbus sweeping Tampa.

Habs over Leafs in recent memory.

So many examples.

And Colorado's beating Winnipeg IMO

Winnipeg is much deeper offensively, better defensively and has better goaltending. It could go either way but Winnipeg is the better team. And they have home ice advantage, which is a huge handicap for Colorado as their away record is poor this season.

Again that means nothing now.

Why do fans obsess so much about regular season results when the playoffs start?

They fall for it every year. 😬

I like Colorado in 6

So the only thing that matters is your gut feel? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Past perfornamce informs the future, it doesn't predict it. And based on recent performance, Winnipeg is the better team.
