Description

I don't know why Reinhart would hate himself enough to sign in Columbus, but I've seen more than a handful of projections saying that he will...so. This is assuming Laine stays in the NHLPA PAP and isn't put on LTIR. Also assuming they buyout Elvis Merzlikins, and are looking for a decent third-paring LHD after trading away/not resigning Jake Bean. I can imagine they may try to move Ivan Provorov this offseason as well, but I couldn't determine any suitable takers looking at the trade market as of this moment.

Highly unlikely that Laine just stays in the player assistance program.

Kulikov does not strike me as the sort of guy worth seeking out by the Jackets. And that Reinhart contract is beyond horrifying; that would actually be the doom scenario that folks have been acting like Gaudreau is.

You can only offer Sam Reinhart 7 years, And I don't see him wasting his time on a bottom feeder team.
