No way Seattle or Coyotes make those trades. And the follow it up with trade with the Flames that Leafs wouldn't make.

Agree with you. But no way the Coyotes or any team give up so much to obtain one year of Marner or even in a sign and trade. Just spend that 12m on whatever on a UFA and keep the assets.
