I think I’d rather just keep Sturm. I think San Jose would want a 2nd or close to to move Sturm alone. Not sure San Jose wants to take on $8 mil in depth players for essentially free. I think fabrri had a better season this year but he’s still a depth winger imo

Of all the posts to delete they delete that one? lol.

This is certainly a very good framework for a trade, although I can see SJ asking for another mid rounder since Sturm's been valuable to them.

I'd look at it as the 2nd to dump Holl, then you'll need to add a little bit of value to the Fabbri-Sturm swap.

But as I posted on the deleted ACGM it seems like RW fans say SY isn't paying to dump contracts. But if he were this seems like a solid start of a reasonable swap.

I don't really care what other Wings fans say because nobody really knows anything when it comes to SY tears of joy

I'll add in a 4th to the trade. Fabbri's been decent and had a healthy season last year, but the 4th is to clear his excess cap hit (beyond Sturm's).

If Stevie doesn't buy him out this looks like a very realistic possibility in getting rid of Holl.

Plenty of options this summer.
