Trading Copp doesn't seem realistic. Also this team wouldn't be better without him. He gets all the defensive assignments. We struggle enough defensively with him, losing him wouldn't help.

Montour would be great though. Really expensive in this deal.

Khan has already basically said that Lucas Raymond is getting $8,000,000 and Moritz Seider is getting $9,000,000.

No interest in Brandon Montour at $8,000,000 x 4 having seen him on a regular basis he's not worth that much. At the most he's worth 5 x $6,500,000 and I'd rather bring Matt Roy home for much cheaper.

Andrew Copp isn't waiving for Chicago, We need to get real he's with us forat least 2 more years.

And Olli Maatta is worth a 4th round pick even without sending a pick back he has some value.

Khan said that Veleno will probably get a 4 year deal at around $2,200,000 or $1,000,000 less than the Rasmussen deal.

Khan also said that Yzerman wants to get both the Raymond and Seider deals done As Soon As Possible so he knows what he has to work with come July 1st. Players are going to be moved he said. So one would assume that Holl is boughtout and that Fabbri and Maatta are traded since neither has a NMC/NTC Kane more than likely is gone. And Stamkos could be a real possibility if he doesn't take a major discount to remain in Tampa.

Thanks, love the feedback. I like that for both Raymond and Seider. I am good with Roy. I really liked going for Montour instead because he'd be a definite top 4 Defensemen and we NEED to be better at D. I think a top 4 D is more important than a top 6 forward.

Hawks decline. That's not nearly enough to move the 3 years remaining on Copp's deal.

That's fine, Because no way is Copp waiving for one of the current worst teams in the NHL. Detroit is home not Chicago.

Ouch! That hurts coming from a fan of a team that hasn’t made the playoffs themselves since 2016! 😂

Seriously why does Seider with the way the cap is rocketing up lock himself up that long? Do a 2-3 year bridge and look in the 10+ range
