This trade would turn us into the current Leafs lmao. Why don’t we trade Sanderson for another soft offensive Dman too

Pettersson the only asset coming back worth anything to us and it apparently costs Brady, Pinto, Chych and Zub lmaoooooooooooooooooo.

I saw Vancouver fans on Twitter wanting to swap Pettey for Tkachuk because Pettey is so soft and doesn’t play a playoff style

I don’t even want to do that trade

Soucy is a 3LD making 3.25M, Mikheyev is a pure cap dump, and Juulsen is a 7D at best. That's neutral value at best, probably realistically a cap dump. so you're asking the Sens to take on that negative value, plus give up Tkachuk, Chychrun, AND the Sens only good RHD for Pettersson lmao

Lmao Petey for Tkachuk favours the Sens by an insane amount. Sens would have to add significantly in that swap.

Pettersson also had 18 points in 17 games in the playoffs in 2019/20. He’s just struggling right now (I think due to injury but that’s not confirmed). Canucks fans on Twitter are just completely irrational if a player struggles for a short amount of time

I mean if we’re ranking the assets in the two trades it goes

Pettersson >>> Tkachuk >> Pinto >/= Hronek > Chychrun/Zub > Soucy >> Mikheyev/Juulsen

But if you want a top 10-15 player in the league in Pettersson in a hypothetical trade without giving up Stutzle or Sanderson then it costs Tkachuk++

I’m okay with not trading for Pettey. The guys I don’t want to move are:

Tkachuk, Stutzle, Giroux, Pinto, Greig, Sanderson, Zub and 7th overall. I’m on the fence about Batherson but I’d upgrade Bath in a big blockbuster if there is one

Not sure why you wouldn’t want a guy who instantly becomes your best player

Because it’ll cost too much for my liking and the Sens shouldn’t be moving any of the pieces I mentioned . We also can’t afford a 12 mill dollar player the way the team is set up

I'd personally rather have Zub than Hronek.
