Don't see Stamkos signing that contract outside of Tampa where he gets the tax relief.

Three thoughts on stamkos:
1. fantastic player
2. he can't play center anymore
3. really doubt he leaves tampa.

Don't think Tampa offers him that contract though.. I think other teams will have to go up to $8M to get him

If you think other teams would have to go up to 8 million annually in order to sign him, why would you think Boston would be any different?

Huh? Boston can offer him $8M AAV its a question of whether or not they will... I am saying I don't think Tampa offers him a contract that will compete with what other teams will sign him for. If he stays in Tampa, it will be at a discount.

Stamkos isnt leaving TB, especially not for Boston, and he cant play center

Zadorov will get overpaid by someone, hopefully not the Bruins and he is not a top pairing guy

Sway, DeBrusk, and Ullmark transactions are pretty accurate

If Hanifin would have been traded to Tampa or still was a free agent, it would have been interesting to see how they would have managed Stamkos. Now? They have to sign him
